An amazing mirror and a guide for navigating parent burnout

I was surprised when I teared up minutes into the first episode and I thought wow - I feel incredibly seen in my struggles of parenting a neurodiverse child. As a Holistic Health Coach supporting moms will burnout recovery, I was delighted to hear from experts I deeply respect such as Emily Nagoski and Dr Bruce Perry as well as learn from a diverse group of experts in this field. Kendra has created an amazing platform that not only provides a mirror into our experiences, but also brings so many different perspectives on how we can support our children and ourselves to achieve better connection and calm and stop (or at least slow down) the energy drain leading to burnout. I’ve spent years researching ways to understand and support my child and in 5 episodes it covered so much of what I’ve learned in a very digestible way. This podcast is a must listen!
