I resisted putting the word Enneagram in the title of this podcast because I like flying under the radar. But I want to make a bigger impact in 2023, so I changed the name to ‘Lead with the Enneagram.’ And just as I anticipated, the haters showed up on Day One.
As an Enneagram 8, my first instinct was to fight. But because I spent the last decade integrating the Enneagram into my life, I made a different choice.
So, what are YOU gonna do when the haters come out to play?
On this episode of Lead with the Enneagram, I explain why resistance appears when we step into our light and how haters can serve as an indication that we’re on the right path.
I explore why stepping into who you are makes people uncomfortable, challenging you to pause and turn inward before you defend yourself against haters.
Listen in to understand how the Enneagram can help you communicate effectively in hard conversations and learn how to protect your energy, stay rooted in who you are, and THRIVE in the face of haters.
