Nicole Watlers is back on the podcast, only this time she is interviewing me! This was a first for me being interviewed on my own podcast and really allowed me to open up about my past in a way I haven't before from abuse to loss that led me to lose trust in myself. Nicole really understands that side of building a family from her own experiences. I hope my story can give you hope that even after deep trauma, you can heal, regain trust in yourself, and find clarity. We’re back with another episode I filmed in New York City! I got to sit down with my dear friend Noelle to discuss grief and the holidays. Noelle has experienced tremendous loss in her life, losing both of her parents at a young age. Yet through it all, she has found a way to not only carry on traditions that connect her to her past, but to create new memories and traditions with her daughter Ever. It was so inspiring to listen to Noelle share the many layers of her grief journey and how motherhood has given her a new lens through which to view her relationship with her own mom. About two weeks ago, I posted a reel on Instagram that has gone a bit viral about how I was going to the doctor for something that I originally went to the doctor for when I was 14 years old and how sometimes, as a woman, it can feel like you're just not being heard. There are so many women who feel uncertain on how to advocate for themselves in a lot of areas in their life. So let's talk about it. Also just give a little bit of an update on where I'm at with part of my health because as I've talked about it online, so many of you are struggling with a lot of the same pain that I have been in so I thought we'd just do an update and make it a little more juicy, a little more fun.
