Hey Noble Ones. I’m Kristen Rupprecht, Founder of Noble One. In this podcast we are going deep with raw talk about our emotions and real stories of overcoming our greatest personal challenges. Most of us were never taught about emotional connection and we don’t always understand the opportunities for growth when we know how to navigate challenging times.    When my life unexpectedly shattered into a million pieces, I awakened to who I truly was through my emotional healing and what came out of it all was aligning with my purpose  and mission to serve others. It is my intention to share everything I have learned and what I wish I would have known about emotional healing and add to it the wisdom from other people’s experiences while spreading this awareness as far and wide as possible.     This podcast is where authenticity meets connection. A community to elevate your awareness, get inspired and learn how to create your reality by connecting to your feelings.
