119: The COVID-19 Business Survival Guide for Real Estate Agents Massive Agent Podcast

This episode is a Realtors business survival guide for COVID-19 and the economic shock happening as a result of it. Every Realtor should be pivoting and making changes, both to their daily actions and to the marketing and messaging that we are putting out into the world. This episode discusses exactly what kind of marketing real estate agents can/should be doing, and how we need to adjust the messaging so that it's not ineffective, insensitive, or flat out offensive.

You'll hear specifically what Realtors should be doing at a neighborhood level to be leaders in the community and to have the biggest positive impact. You'll also hear how helping people now, when they need it the most, will absolutely lead to a thriving real estate business as we come out the other end of this coronavirus pandemic crisis and economic shift.

These extraordinary times call for extraordinary action. As Real Estate agents, we cannot just continue on with business as usual, because nothing about right now is usual.

We just wrapped up probably the craziest month of our entire generation. March 2020 will go down in history as the month that our lives, businesses, society, and country changed forever. Some of it bad, some of it good, some of it fantastic. But having a clear vision of what's happening right now, and what will happen 30, 60, 90, 120+ days from now is absolutely crucial if we as Realtors are going to sustain, grow, and thrive in these momentous times.
