So good!

Victoria is so good at explaining complex ideas about our bodies, minds, and souls! I discovered her when I googled “functional freeze”, and I have since gone back to the beginning and started listening to the episodes in order. So, so, so good! I am almost 50, have been in and out of therapy for over 20 years, read all the books, and tried all the things. The part I was missing was how the body plays into it all! Thank you, Victoria, for putting this good work out into the world!
