My most honest and vulnerable podcast episode yet. I start off by discussing and breaking down love, dating and sex, and end up unintentionally pouring my heart out about my own life and loves, as well as my fears, hopes and dreams for the future, in the form of a type of letter to my future self.   To future Fraser: I love ya bud. No matter where you are, mid-20s Fraser would be proud of you. I'm sure of it x

This week I wanted to do a podcast on therapy; debunking the myths, removing the stigma, and just having a generally mature and compassionate conversation about it, drawing from my active 5 year experience with it and how it's helped me. I also have an appointment to discuss a potential ADHD diagnosis next week, so I thought I'd discuss my brain and how it can sometimes hinder, but also help me.
New podcast episode in 5 months, been a while innit?    I took some time to hide away and cocoon recently, so this week I though it was only right that I sit down with a cuppa fruity tea and explore the concept of checking in on yourself; what it is, how to do it, why it's important to self-reflect. I also discuss dating, and share my views on love and relationships (both of which no one asked for from a single man, but you're welcome anyway.)
This week I lay on my bed, drink some vanilla tea, and discuss how hurt people, hurt people, and that although we can’t control how people treat us, it is however our sole responsibility to instead of run from and try to fill any pain and hurt we might have with relationships, escapes, addictions etc, we instead take the time to healthily process, heal and deal with it all, before we inevitably end up passing our unresolved pain and hurt onto the next person; thus putting an end to the cycle.   I also share my thoughts on relationships, and what I believe are the right/wrong reasons for getting into one, and what I also believe they are in their simplest form.   Yeah, it’s a juicy one, buckle-up cowboys and cowgirls, Fraser’s taking you for a spin.
This week I give you an insight into my brain and what skills and thought patterns I use to try and maintain a positive mental health.   I'm not a mental health professional, but I am a professional of my own experiences, and so this isn't advice, these are just things that work for me personally.   I also answer your questions that you've asked me on social media.
I've realised how much I love my hometown Colchester, so as part of a new series I'm starting on here called "Support Local", I'm interviewing local businesses and people who contribute to Colchester and it's charm. To kickstart this series we have Steve Hurdle, one of the owners of Bestdays Vintage which is a local, independent, vintage shop that also has a cafe, puts gigs on and promotes mental health.
EPISODE 10 WOO I recently charted 25th in Vietnam's Podcasting Chart, so here's a Vietnam-themed episode in hopes they'll love me enough to get me to Number 1. I then call my Mum live on-air to annoy her, but she ends up pouring her beautiful heart out and giving the best mental health advice I've ever heard.  To my Mum, I love you so much, and I'm extremely proud of you and the progress you've made. You've pulled yourself from the darkest place I've seen a person, through the nightmare you were living, to where you are now; smiling, laughing, and full of life and love. Your speech in this episode is going to help so many people, and live with me forever, I love you Mumise x
Mental Health Episode. Nearly 7 months later and I decide to appear out the wood work, who do I think I am, Beyoncé? This week I update ye on what's happened since my last episode. I talk breakups, therapy, making mistakes, success in failure, sobreity, and how my cuppa tea was so good I'd shag it. Usual Fraser shenanigans basically.

Call me herpes cos I'm back again. This week I talk about lockdowns, mental health, going out, and that no matter what she does wrong, it's not okay to body slam your Mum. Only here will you get such a delightful mix of topics to keep you on your toes.

Probably my best podcast yet. Myself and Ronan Morris (yes, he's back, you're welcome) delve into the world of Male Body Image, and open up about our own experiences and struggles. It's brutally honest and mixed with stupid humour; the perfect recipe to reassure someone and let them know they're not alone.

This week I sit in front of the microphone with no plan of what to say and end up chatting about Borat, Beyblades and America's 2nd amendment. I also give you a sneak peak into some music I've been working on (you lucky bunch of gorgeous geese.)
Wassup you beautiful people! After a short break ya boi is back, eyooo! This week I catch up with a buddy of mine from Ireland, Ronan Morris, and we have a cuppa tea and a wicked chat about Buddhism, loving yo' self, and how socks could end up being the currency of the world...?

In this episode myself and my super, musically-talented friend crack open a couple of cold ones and discuss life, death, religion, sexuality, mental health, government... and dinner time.
This week I talk mental health. I discuss my experiences with therapy and I also pass on my advice that has gotten me through the dark and low times and gotten me to where I am today.
This week I talk about the Black Lives Matter movement, and the incredible untold story of Robert Smalls; an African American man from the 1800s who saved himself, his family and his friends from slavery in the coolest way possible. What a legend.

My first ever podcast! I talk about Boris, keeping yourself busy, and that you don't have to bake a Peppa Pig cake in order to feel good about yourself.
