    Dr Lin received his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. He did a  a General Surgery internship and an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery surgical residency at University of Pennsylvania, and thereafter completed a clinical fellowship in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery at Mount Sinai neck surgery residency in New York.
