Where is the input from small businesses owners?

This has the potential to be a great podcast but without the perspective from small business owners it is unfortunately completely one-sided. Not all businesses in Canada are large corporations however operating a small business in Canada is under the same stringent rules as those corporations. The rules always work well for the employee but what is it doing to small business owners? Without them there are less places for an employee to go and work.
