And they unpack this high level, well researched content in a way that is immediately useable and profoundly inspiring. It’s a unique, entertaining and highly valuable program for professionals in an ocean of resources, don’t miss it!

Thoughtful blend of actionable and emotional

Some of the work we do as leaders is necessarily tactical and actionable, but a good portion of the work involves changing mindsets and creating an ecosystem on your team that allows them to do the same. Carolyn’s work goes beyond your typical “how to” and leadership coaching and provides a holistic approach to doing better while being better. 10/10 recommend.
