Leadership isn’t what we thought it was. It’s not about telling people what to do. It’s about inspiring people to become the greatest version of themselves. I believe we do that by learning how to evolve who we are, to understand and accept all parts of ourselves so that we can unbecome everything that we were never meant to be and become more of everything we are. If we are successful in doing this, we give everyone around us permission to do the same. That’s a world I’d like to live in. That’s a world I’d like my children to live in.
