New Hosts are great

I enjoyed season one, but season 2 with the new hosts is a big improvement. They actually have conversations with their guests rather than it just feeling like an interview.

Pseudo science discovers sleep

It’s as if the people marketing pyramid power and herbal supplements discovered the sleep market.

Incredibly light weight sleep analysis wrapped in new age word salads. The latest one had something about how we are pack animals and so the lack of nature makes it hard to sleep. Oh and global warming is thrown in as well. Lots of arm waving with words like “studies show …” but nothing about the actual studies. This is right out of the holistic medicine marketing playbook.

If you want the real thing with solid data behind it, check out The Matt Walker podcast. He’s a nerd, but he knows his stuff.
