Hard to find this elsewhere

There’s lots of mom blogs and parenting books but as an older millennial new to motherhood and without a lot of close mom friends, it’s difficult to find content that fits your cultural needs (be it parenting, work, ethnicity, or health culture). We are all inundated with so much pressure about how we should balance it all but pressure doesn’t work as well as showing a way. It’s important for me to see examples of moms who balance what I consider important rather than hear from third party researchers. This podcast does a good job of approaching topics that are culturally relevant to me as a whole person and not just the part of me that parents my child 🤱🏽
