As one of their earliest staff hires, Alex is knocking on the door of her 5-year anniversary with the dominating FMCG brand, having seen it grow from a team of 4 to 45, with offices in Melbourne, LA and London. So how exactly did she land the coveted dream job, combining her passion for business, marketing and beauty? In her very first podcast interview, Alex shares her trajectory to success, comparison being the thief of joy and the sobering journey of being made redundant at 23.
