"What could possibly go wrong?" Host Bradford Rogers learns some things NOT to do—and the occasional life lesson—while sailing the Gulf Coast of Florida and meeting salty characters. "Screwing up is part of cruising. Let me show you how!"

Southbound, Headed North
In this episode, we finally get the boat out of the marina, have a bizarre interaction at a drawbridge, worry about a loose alternator belt, wonder if there's any oil in the engine...and maybe go aground in the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW).

The Bulkhead (Is she alive, Doctor?)
I found someone to make the insurance-mandated repairs in the slip. But did it work out?

Boat Survey Fail
Big fun (can you hear the sarcasm?) with a required 10-year survey. Who knew there were so many things wrong with my boat?

Too Far Between
Only problem is that there’s too much time between. Can’t wait months between shows to roll on the floor while learning what not to do.
Laughing, crying & enjoying every episode
I have been binging this show and I absolutely love it. I even bought the book! I just purchased a catamaran sailboat and will be a liveaboard with my husband and dog. My husband loves to watch the sailing channels out there to learn but I find them too serious and too much about perfection or drama. But this, this is the exactly what I’ve been looking for!! A show that reminds us to just go with the flow and laugh at ourselves when we make stupid sailing mistakes… because I’m about to make a ton! I feel better knowing we won’t be the only ones. Thank you for an amazing show and for bringing the humor back!
currently living thru ur stories
i’ve been listening to this nonstop at work. I feel like I’m right there with you and also now feeling weirdly motivated to learn how to sail…. It’s almost winter in Michigan but next summer I’ll be out on the lakes
