    How to Cope and Build Endurance in Hard Times

    Key Scripture: Isaiah 40:29-31 KJV 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Key Points: Choose Yah DAILY (a conscious to choose Yah and His ways) Expect difficulty and Anticipate victory Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. 1 Corinthians 15:16-22 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: 17And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. 18Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. 19If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. 20But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.     Welcome to the sisterhood. I am so excited that you are here!  For years, women (specifically black women) have been fed the lie that we cannot exist peacefully in community together. I know this is not true because scripture commanded for the older women to teach the younger and to be in community (Titus 2:3-5).  This show serves as a space for us to have real conversations, share real advice, and war together in prayer for our families, homes, and ourselves.
