We've finally reached the first pure David Byrne solo album, no theatre soundtrack or main collaborators, David was free to do whatever he wanted and this was it. I hope this gives everyone an insight into not just the album, but a glimpse at David's genuine passion for this music, which critics at the time labelled as passion-less and uninspired. My goal, as always, is to prove that it's anything but!

Satjiwan ,

Excellent and bonus…

I first listened to the unlocked stop making sense episode. Once just the audio and then again with another fan synced up to the movie. Now I’m working back through listening to an album and then listening to the episode commentary on that album. Great format. And making sure I take time to appreciate the original album format (including A and B sides) - often lost in modern music releases and streaming services.

Great Podcast

easily the best one on Talking Heads (and there are some awful ones)! This podcast is a delight, easy to get into, and so in depth w/ out getting obnoxious, the narrator is so spot on! Hope he does the same for other bands i love! This is simply one of the best music podcasts ever!! omg it's brilliant - i am so thankful for this podcast
