Tefi Pessoa the Terrestrial
What a better way to end season two than with the internet's very own big sis, Tefi Pessoa? Known for her razor-sharp wit and impressive deep dives into pop culture, Tefi is one of Miami's funniest exports. Double-check your oxygen supply because you might be gasping for air. We're diving into fashion, love, girlhood, gayness, family dynamics, misinformation, celebrity couples, and of course, the 305. And for the grand finale? A game that predicts the future to put Tefi's strengths to the test, and quite possibly the very best Space News segment yet. Thank you for hitching a ride on the IOOW Mothership for this wild journey. We love you. Prepare for docking.

The Hosts Unearthed

Emily Estefan and her Aliens
Emily Estefan and her band, The Aliens, land on the IOOW Mothership for our first-ever concert, live from outer space. After a video of her last performance amassed more than 15 million views across her social media platforms in just one week, we knew we had to give our Earthlings a taste. Featuring members from her original band, two songs off of her first album, and an exclusive acoustic version of her upcoming unreleased single. Dancing space boots highly recommended.

The Gravity of Gratitude
In the vastness of the cosmos, gratitude is a universal language that transcends borders and brings people together. But where did this word come from, what does it mean, and what does science tell us about its impact on our mental and physical health? Gem and Em visit Mission Control and invite us to listen in on a "Thanks Transmission" to Earth, where they take a moment to express heartfelt gratitude to a few special people in their lives. Whether astronaut or earth-bound explorer, this episode reminds you of the universal power of thankfulness.

Stargazing and Holidazing
It's timeeeeeeeee! Mariah is O-fficially defrosted, the Lechon is being prepped, and your favorite space commanders are here to spill all of the coquito. Did you realize a portion of the world celebrates the holidays in their summer season? Or that there are Christmas celebrations that involve piñatas and costumes? Or that the same dish has three different names? Plus, Commander Em makes a quick satellite call to her mom on Earth to set the record straight on her grandma's strict rules for Christmas decorations.

Gems!
This pod is a breath of fresh air; from the intro track to the authenticity in full-bodied stories. It feels like a space of lightness and depth. “When Meteors Strike” is golden, raw and beautiful. Great work Gem and Em!
Randomly picked the meteor episode
So I’ve heard lawyers and cops talk about prison in podcasts and there’s a certain image of the place in your mind. Now Gemeny’s mom starts talking like a regular person and I went what the f was that. I appreciate you guys putting up the episode and going into detail about each step of the experience but I couldn’t fathom the weight of it all. Pods like 5-4 and ALAB explain the story of cases and that’s horrifying enough on its own. This was just something else. I hope for your well being. I hope everyone in the fbi drowns in acid. Have a great day.
Loving your content
