PT Shorts - Wicked Weekend for Wong

Connor Wong was arguably the best player for the Red Sox in their series with the Nationals. Gordo, Sammy, and Rob Bradford give the Sox catcher his flowers and discuss the constant cloud of criticism he's had from the trade of Mookie Betts to the supposed tandem with Reese McGuire.

From 'Baseball Isn't Boring' (subscribe here): It was a good time to catch up with Yankees outfielder Alex Verdugo considering his solid start with his new team. But the conversation with Rob Bradford seems even more fitting now that Verdugo helped his club rout the Astros Tuesday night with three hits, including a home run. Verdugo explains how he viewed his last year in Boston, his new existence in New York and his relationship with former manager Alex Cora.

Down slope

As a die hard Red Sox fan who listens to almost all Red Sox content this show took a huge dip when Bradfo left. No tempo, no real baseball insight, and mostly recycled media takes with no backing. Pretty annoying listen. Used to love it, needs to change
