This is a must listen. Especially if you’re a sports fan. It’s informative, fun and especially with the Joe Buck episodes gives a great insight into him and how he went about calling baseball.

Nice set of interviews
What I gained is a deeper appreciation for what the announcers bring to the sport each and every night. Doing 162 games, plus some spring training and any postseason games, they are true masters of their craft. I can see the ones who aren’t in the Hall of Fame will join the legends. They always bring the game to life, even those on television. They are our soundtrack of spring and summer, and fans should feel fortunate to have people who get it and not sugarcoat anything (outside of those annoying ad reads). Give us the basics, what to look for on defense, is the runner on first going to steal second? The joy and passion in each voice provides a great listen, and that is the best thing we can ask for in our minds.
