I find courage in Paris
FREE Vulnerability Hangover Meditation
Join my email list 💌
I spill the tea on my spontaneous 10-day trip to Paris. Flirtatious encounters, intentional self-exposure, and a fateful disco dance party were my therapy to dismantle long-standing fears and reconnect to the joy in authentic self-expression. The episode explores the power of breaking free from self-imposed cages, shedding external expectations, and finding the courage to embrace the artistic path, echoing Hemingway's concept of Paris as a "Moveable Feast" that leaves a lasting imprint on one's identity and perspective.

Emma is on the go! She is a creative person with an insatiable desire to create and connect with others. After receiving a degree in Food Studies from NYU, Emma immediately jumped into the world of events, which swiftly led her to the city of Austin. Emma produced events in the Austin area for several years until 2021, when she had her first child. In 2022, utilizing her skills as an event planner, she honed in on one of her many passions, creating artful charcuterie spreads, and turned a longtime hobby into a business: Gather Grazing Co. was born! Purveyor of artisanal earthly delights, she calls this art form “painting with food”. Emma also relishes in creating community in her volunteer role as Chair of the Friends of Patterson Park organization. When she’s not planning an event or hosting a dinner party at her home in East Austin, Emma is likely to be found on a walk with her dog, Ziggy Stardust and toddler, Benji or on a dance floor, dressed in colors head to toe.
